 We repair and restore any damaged material such as panels, trim, or skylights to ensure a solid foundation before coating. 

 After tightening or replacing all of the screws on the roof we seal them all to prevent future leaks.

 Seams and penetrations are coated and reinforced with fabric for a watertight seal. 

 A rust-inhibiting primer is applied to protect and prepare the roof for final coating. 

Last we apply the proper top coating for long-lasting waterproof protection and reflectivity. 

The warranty is received right after the final thickness and quality inspection by the manufacturer.
